Frills of Justice and Friendship

A magical girl* game that is comprised of the following game phases: create magical girls, get to know your team, fight (or friend) baddies, award points for cool in-game things, unwind.

*Note magical girl used in this context is a descriptor of a trope and your characters can be of any gender or lack thereof that you choose and can use whatever pronouns you feel fits them best. The character and player pronouns are to be respected and used properly when addressing a character or player

I know the layout could be better, but it was late and I wanted to get it done. Plus I actually hate doing layout and graphic design and would prefer to outsource it, but I don't have the funds to do so at this time.
